As our first year of operations comes to a close, we reflect on what we’ve accomplished. I think the most fulfilling part is being able to get people into homes that they wouldn’t ordinarily be able to, through this process. The whole premise behind SB1079 is putting homes into the hands of people, not corporations. We still have a lot of work to do to balance the scales in the people’s favor, and next year we’ll certainly try to make a dent in that goal. We look forward to making it happen, and putting ordinary people like you into a new (to them) home.
